Common use of Fees and Expenses of Termination Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Termination. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, the Company shall promptly reimburse Buyer for all of Buyer's out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Documents (including, without limitation, the fees and disbursements of Buyer's legal counsel).
