Fees and Expenses of Trustee; Indemnification of Trustee and Fiscal Agent. (a) Monthly, the Trustee shall be entitled to withdraw the Trustee Fee from the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 3.05(b) for all services rendered by it in the execution of the trusts hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties hereunder of the Trustee. On or prior to the Distribution Date in each month, the Trustee shall be entitled to withdraw and pay itself from amounts then on deposit in the Distribution Account an amount equal to the then unpaid Trustee Fees.
