Common use of Fees and Expenses of Trustees Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Trustees. The Trustees are collectively authorized to reimburse themselves from the Trust for reasonable expenses incurred in the administration of the Trust, upon promulgation of, and in accordance with, the procedures therefore referred to above in Section 7.l(b). Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, no Trustee shall be entitled to compensation for his or her services as Trustee hereunder.
