Common use of Fees and Expenses Paid Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses Paid. There shall have been paid to Agent for the account of Agent, all fees and expenses (including fees and expenses of counsel to Agent) incurred in connection with this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby, and all other fees and expenses due and payable on or before the date hereof under any Loan Document.
