Fees and Other Sources of Funding. The Grantee shall not seek nor obtain funding through fees or charges to any client receiving services for which the State reimburses the Grantee under this Grant. The Grantee guarantees that any claims made to the State under this Grant shall not be financed by any source other than the State under the terms of this Grant. If funding is received through any other source, the Grantee shall delete from Grantee xxxxxxxx, or shall immediately refund to the State, the total amount representing such duplication of funding.
