Fees and Prices. Tenant shall have the authority to set the amount of prices and fees for accommodations, meeting room rentals, exhibition space, sublease rates, hospitality services rendered, concession agreements, or sales made to the public or otherwise provided or managed by Tenant. Tenant shall not charge for parking within the Campus without the prior consent of the Director.
Fees and Prices. 3.3.4.1. KSM shall recommend p r i c i n g f o r greens fees, food and beverage pricing, cart rental fees, and room rental fees during the annual budget process which will be based upon current fees, existing market conditions and offsetting expenses.
3.3.4.2. When reviewing and approving the annual budget for the Golf Courses, City shall review and approve the fee schedule setting forth the maximum fees to be charged at Golf Courses.
3.3.4.3. During the annual budget process, KSM may request permission, in writing, from City to enable KSM to charge fees lower than the approved minimum during certain times in order to maximize rounds played and to generate additional or increased revenues for City. Such requests shall contain at a minimum the following: o The fees proposed for reduction; o Proposed time period for reductions to be in effect; o Justification for proposed fee reductions; o Analysis of local competitive golf market fees for similar time periods City may require additional information or justification it deems necessary prior to authorizing any fee reductions.
3.3.4.4. KSM shall set prices for rental equipment, range balls, golf programming and lessons, and golf services based upon prevailing industry standards.
Fees and Prices. 5.1. The Hirer agrees to pay the Hire fee prior to Commencement of the hire (or at such other times as agreed in writing by APYAC for corporate Hirers).
5.2. Without limiting the ability of APYAC to recover all amounts owing to it, the Hirer authorises APYAC to charge any amounts owing by the Hirer (including but not limited to the Hire Charge) to any credit card or bank account details of which are provided to APYAC;
5.3. All services and products are subject to Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless and services or products are GST exempt.

Fees and Prices. 8.1 The fee due from the Customer for the rights granted by Frequentis Orthogon in the applicable Software is dependent on the type and scope of use of the Software in question as described in the Program Certificate. The fee due for each type and scope of use is stipulated in one or more of the Other Contract Documents.
8.2 The license fee represent a one-time license fee.
8.3 Frequentis Orthogon will invoice the fees and other amounts to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement. Frequentis Orthogon may stipulate in the Agreement that delivery is subject to payment in advance for new Customers or such Customers having failed to pay properly in the past. Invoices are due and payable within thirty (30) days after the invoice date. In the event of a default of payment on the part of the Customer, interest on arrears in the statutory amount provided for in Article 288 of the German Civil Code shall accrue. Frequentis Orthogon reserves all rights to claim further damages for delay.
8.4 All prices are quoted net in EURO, excl. VAT. Any taxes, levies, fees, royalties, duties (including but not limited to customs clearance fees, import VAT as well as any withholding taxes) or other charges that may be imposed in relation to the Agreement are not included in the price and shall be paid by the Customer additionally and directly at the respective fiscal authorities and shall not be financed in advance by Frequentis Orthogon.
8.5 For each breach of the provisions of item 6.0 of these Standard Terms by the Customer the Customer must pay a further license fee that may be determined at the discretion of Frequentis Orthogon and in case of dispute revised by the competent court. Generally, this further license fee will amount to 150% of the fee that would be due in accordance with the Price List for such action or use. Such payment shall not prohibit or limit Frequentis Orthogon’s right to pursue any and all other remedies available to Frequentis Orthogon therefore.
8.6 The fees and other amounts payable by the Customer hereunder do not include taxes of any jurisdiction that may be assessed or imposed upon the copies of the Software, Hardware, or Documentation delivered to the Customer, the licenses granted under these Standard Terms or the services provided under these Standard Terms, or otherwise assessed or imposed in connection with transactions contemplated by these Standard Terms, including sales, use, excise, value added, export, import and withholding taxes, ...
Fees and Prices. A. US Search and RiskWise agree to split the net revenues attributable to only the Licensed Services delivered through the US Search processing platforms (Net Revenue) on a *** US Search- *** RiskWise basis. If any customer requests the delivery of a product or service sold directly by RiskWise and/or Lexis-Nexis through the US Search channel, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith an appropriate revenue split with respect to such transaction. For purposes of this section Net Revenue means the revenue received by US Search from its customers on that portion of a sale that relates to the RiskWise Licensed Services. Under no circumstances, except as stated below, will RiskWise's share of the Net Revenue with respect to any specific transaction be below its share of the minimum transaction price set forth on Exhibit C. Net Revenue specifically does not include (i) any refunds or chargebacks; or (ii) revenue share payments that a customer of US Search is entitled on the sale of Licensed Services as long as RiskWise maintains its share of the minimum transaction price.
B. US Search agrees that it will not sell any of the Licensed Services for any amount lower than the minimum transaction prices as shown on Exhibit C, without prior written approval by RiskWise. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Furthermore, in the event that US Search desires to provide the Licensed Services together with other services ("Bundled Services"), US Search will give reasonable advance notice to RiskWise and the parties agree to negotiate in good faith the appropriate share of the Bundled Services price attributed to the Licensed Services.
C. US Search agrees to pay the advance monthly minimum payment as shown in Exhibit C (herein "Advance Monthly Minimum"). On an ongoing basis, RiskWise agrees to give US Search a credit against RiskWise's future revenue share if the Advance Monthly Minimum payment made in a given month exceeds RiskWise's revenue share for that month. US Search's credit shall be equal to the difference between the Advance Monthly Minimum paid and RiskWise's revenue share for that month. Once US Search recoups its accumulated credit, RiskWise will receive the portion of its revenue share that is greater than the Advance Monthly Minimum for that month, if any.
