Common use of Fees and Reimbursement of Costs Clause in Contracts

Fees and Reimbursement of Costs. No termination of this Agreement shall affect the Companies’ obligations hereunder with respect to (i) fees owed to the Chairman and not paid by the Companies as of the effective date of such termination or (ii) fees, costs and expenses incurred by the Chairman and not reimbursed by the Companies in accordance with the terms hereof as of the effective date of such termination.
