Common use of Fees and Reimbursement of the Corporate Administrator Clause in Contracts

Fees and Reimbursement of the Corporate Administrator. (a) The Company shall pay to the Corporate Administrator from time to time the fee described in Exhibit C hereto (the “Corporate Administration Fee”). The Company hereby authorizes the Corporate Administrator to deduct and withdraw from the Fee Account any Corporate Administrator Fees due to the Corporate Administrator.
