Common use of Fees and Transaction Costs Clause in Contracts

Fees and Transaction Costs. All fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement and the reasonable and documented legal fees of Xxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Lenders, related to the Loan Documents shall, upon the making of the Loans, have been paid, which amounts may be offset against the proceeds of the Loans.
