Fees Payable A) Our fee does NOT include other costs which are part of the migration process such as Immigration application lodging fees, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the Service (s) which is/are provided to you, an approximate indication of the fees which form part of the process will be set out for you, together with clarification as to when these costs are due. Termination Costs If a Party elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 2.3.1 above, the terminating Party shall pay all costs incurred (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Attachment Facilities and equipment) or charges assessed by the other Parties, as of the date of the other Parties’ receipt of such notice of termination, that are the responsibility of the terminating Party under this Agreement. Missed Appointment Fee Customer or its authorized representative must be available at the Customer location for the scheduled installation appointment date to grant the Service tech access or to accept delivery of the Equipment, or to work with installation technician to turn up the service. If no one is available, the Service tech will attempt to contact Customer for minimum of an additional fifteen (15) minutes before re-scheduling the appointment. Re-scheduling such missed appointment will incur a Missed Appointment Fee at the current applicable rate. 48 hour notice is required for all appointment re- scheduling.
Overage Fees Your storage capacity and bandwidth (“Storage Capacity”) and your number of Authorized Users and Active Users licenses may be limited as specified in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement and you agree that any additional Storage Capacity Authorized End User and Active Users in excess of what is contemplated in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement may be subject to additional fees. Any failure by Blackboard to timely invoice for any overages due under this paragraph shall not constitute a waiver of your obligation to pay such fees.
Overdraft Fees There is an Overdraft Fee for each paid overdraft check or item. If we do not pay the overdraft, there is a NSF/Returned Item fee per check or item. There is no limit on the number of overdrafts paid or overdraft fees incurred on any one day. These fees are set forth in our Rate and Fee Schedule.
