Common use of Fees, etc Clause in Contracts

Fees, etc. On the Effective Date, all costs, fees, expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses) and other compensation contemplated hereby, payable to the Agents (and their respective Affiliates) and the Lenders or otherwise payable in respect of the Transaction shall have been paid by the Borrower to the extent due and, in the case of expenses, invoiced.
