Common use of Fees; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Fees; Expenses. The Administrative Agent shall have received for its own account, or for the account of each Lender and Agent entitled thereto, all fees due and payable as of the date of such Funding pursuant to Section 3.11 (Fees), and all costs and expenses (including reasonable and documented costs, fees and expenses of legal counsel) for which invoices have been presented.

Fees; Expenses. The Administrative Agent shall have received for its own account, or for the account of each Lender and Agent Senior Secured Party entitled thereto, all fees due and payable as of on the date of such Funding Closing Date pursuant to Section 3.11 3.13 (Fees), and all costs and expenses (including reasonable and documented costs, fees and expenses of legal counselcounsel and Consultants) for which invoices have been presented.

The Administrative Agent shall have received for its own account, or for the account of each the relevant Lender and Agent entitled thereto, all fees due and payable as of the date of such Funding pursuant to Section 3.11 (Fees)the Financing Documents, and all costs and expenses (including reasonable and documented costs, fees and expenses of legal counselcounsel and consultants) payable thereunder for which invoices have been presentedpresented at least three (3) days prior to the Closing Date.
