(b) A usage fee per record made available to Recipients — each one hundred sixty (160) bytes of information, or portion thereof, being a record — as set forth on the File and Usage Fee Schedule attached hereto. This Service Exhibit shall be coterminous with, and all other terms and conditions shall be governed by the Agreement into which this Service Exhibit is incorporated.
