Fees for Basic FAN Mail Services. As consideration for the performance by SS&C of the Basic FAN Mail Services, Customer shall pay to SS&C the following fees and charges: (a) A monthly FAN Mail access and support charge as set forth on the File and Usage Fee Schedule attached hereto. (b) A usage fee per record made available to Recipients — each one hundred sixty (160) bytes of information, or portion thereof, being a record — as set forth on the File and Usage Fee Schedule attached hereto. This Service Exhibit shall be coterminous with, and all other terms and conditions shall be governed by the Agreement into which this Service Exhibit is incorporated.   • Fees for Services The compensation of the Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by the Adviser in accordance with the attached Schedule C.   • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs.   • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.
