Fees for Included Purchase Transactions. The Product Procurement Fee shall be applied to each Barrel of Product to be delivered to an Included Location or the Refinery pursuant to an Included Purchase Transaction. With respect to each month, the aggregate monthly value of the Product Procurement Fees (the “Aggregate Monthly Purchased Products Fee”) shall be calculated pursuant to Schedule C and shall be due and payable from the Company to Xxxx as specified in Schedule C.
