Common use of Fees for Modifications Clause in Contracts

Fees for Modifications. The issuance of any supplement, modification, amendment, renewal, or extension to or of any Letter of Credit shall be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit, except that the issuance fees payable to Bank of America as an Issuing Lender shall be payable as set forth in the letter agreement referred to in Section 3.4.

Fees for Modifications.
