Common use of Fees for Review Clause in Contracts

Fees for Review. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, together with the notice described in Paragraph 16.2 above, a non-refundable fee for Landlord's expenses in connection with reviewing each such transaction in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). In addition to such fee, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all attorneys' fees reasonably incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' fees to Landlord within thirty (30) days after written request therefor.
