Common use of Fees for Review Clause in Contracts

Fees for Review. Tenant shall pay to Landlord or Landlord's designee, together with the notice described in Paragraph 12.2, a non refundable fee as reimbursement for expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with reviewing each such transaction, in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). In addition to such reimbursement, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' fees to Landlord within thirty (30) days after written request.

Fees for Review. In addition to such all reimbursement, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all reasonable attorneys' fees actually incurred by Landlord in connection therewith, provided Landlord provides an attorney fee estimate to Tenant for approval prior to Landlord engaging the attorney. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' fees to Landlord within thirty (30) days after receipt of written request.

In addition to such reimbursement, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all reasonable attorneys' ’ fees incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' ’ fees to Landlord within thirty (30) days after written request.

In connection with any proposed Transfer, Tenant shall pay to Landlord or Landlord's designee, together with the notice described in Paragraph 12.2, a non non-refundable fee as reimbursement for expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with reviewing each such transactiontransaction (including any administrative expenses for Landlord's property manager), in the amount of Three Five Hundred Dollars ($300.00500.00). In addition to such reimbursement, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' fees to Landlord within thirty (30) days after its receipt of written requestrequest therefor from Landlord and regardless of whether such Transfer is approved.

Fees for Review. Tenant shall pay to Landlord or Landlord's designee, together with the notice described in Paragraph 12.216.2 above, a non non-refundable fee as reimbursement for Landlord's expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with reviewing each such transaction, transaction in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). In addition to such reimbursementfee, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all reasonable attorneys' fees reasonably incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' fees to Landlord within thirty (30) days after written request.request therefor. 16.8

Fees for Review. Simultaneously with the giving of notice described in Section 28.2 above, Tenant shall pay to Landlord or Landlord's designee, together with the notice described in Paragraph 12.2, designee a non non-refundable fee in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) as reimbursement for expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with reviewing each such transaction, in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). In addition to such reimbursement, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all the reasonable attorneys' fees (not to exceed $500 per transaction) incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' fees to Landlord within thirty fifteen (3015) days after written requestrequest therefor.
