Common use of Fees for Review Clause in Contracts

Fees for Review. Tenant shall pay to Landlord or Landlord's designee, together with the notice described in Paragraph 12.2, a non refundable fee as reimbursement for expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with reviewing each such transaction, in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). In addition to such reimbursement, if Landlord retains the services of an attorney to review the transaction, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. Tenant shall pay such attorneys' fees to Landlord within thirty (30) days after written request.
