Common use of Fees for Review Clause in Contracts

Fees for Review. In the event Tenant shall apply for an assignment, sublease, or encumbrance under this ARTICLE 11, Tenant shall pay to Landlord at the time Tenant shall apply for such assignment, sublease or encumbrance, the sum of $2,500.00 as a non-refundable fee for Landlord’s time and processing incurred in connection with reviewing such application.
