Common use of FEES FOR WORK PERFORMED BY PINNACLE'S EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

FEES FOR WORK PERFORMED BY PINNACLE'S EMPLOYEES. With Owner's prior approval, Pinnacle may cause repairs and replacement work to be performed by employees for Pinnacle. Owner shall pay to Pinnacle a reasonable fee for such services based upon the then current hourly charges made and assessed by Pinnacle for the performance of such services. Such charges shall be approximately equal to Pinnacle's direct and indirect expenses associated with the employment of such person. Such charges shall be reasonable and shall not be more than charges made by qualified independent contractors performing similar work, under similar circumstances, in the same geographical area as the Project.
