Fees of Separate Independent Trustee and Delaware Trustee. At such time as the Issuer Trustee, the Independent Trustee and the Delaware Trustee are not the same Person, the Trust shall pay such fees to each of the Independent Trustee and Delaware Trustee as the majority of the Trustees shall approve.
