Fees of Trustee; Indemnification of Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall pay to itself on each Distribution Date, pursuant to Section 3.05(b)(ii), from amounts on deposit in the Distribution Account, an amount equal to the Trustee Fee for such Distribution Date and, to the extent not previously received, for each prior Distribution Date.
