Fees or Commissions. Neither Buyer nor Parent (including their officers, directors and employees) have employed any broker, agent or finder or incurred any Liability for any brokerage fees, agent’s commissions or finder’s fee or similar obligation in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.
