Common use of Fees or Commissions Clause in Contracts

Fees or Commissions. Lender shall not require compensating balances and shall not directly or indirectly charge or receive any bonus, fee, commission, or other payment or benefit in connection with making or servicing any Loan, except (a) interest as provided for in the Loan Instruments, (b) reimbursements for charges or expenses incurred or compensation for actual services rendered, and (c) such other fees as are customarily charged by Lender to borrowers in the ordinary course of business for loans that are not guaranteed under the Act.
