C. In the event the Owner terminates this Agreement prior to the end of the Term, Owner will pay Brokerage/Broker the balance of management fees through the end of the Term and forfeit the $200 Owner reserve.
D. Owner authorizes Brokerage/Broker to reimburse him/her/itself out of any rental proceeds for all expenses and costs of operating the Property under this Agreement, including Brokerage/Broker compensation and applicable fees.
