If we offer a revenue share for the sale of your Developer Software through Adobe Exchange or other channels approved by us, then we will pay you according to the relevant section in these Terms and payment policies for such channel. We may modify our payment policies at any time, and you are responsible for checking them regularly for updates. By continuing to submit Developer Software to us or by not removing Developer Software, you are agreeing to any modified payment policies. You may designate your Developer Software as free software, trial software, or test software, in which case we may distribute the Developer Software without liability or payment to you. Except as stated in these Terms, we have no payment obligations to you.
