The Borrowers shall pay to the Bank (i) an arrangement fee equal to $[REDACTED], and (ii) the reasonable legal fees and other client charges and expenses of such counsel (including, without limitation, photocopying, travel and word processing charges) incurred by the Bank in connection with its review of the Triarc Collateral and the Pechiney Collateral and with the preparation of this Agreement, the Note and the other Loan Documents, negotiations in connection therewith, and research and other related expenses.
