Fees Payable by CMOs. ▇▇▇▇ hereby agrees that Licensed CMOs or a CMO licensed pursuant to a request by AstraZeneca pursuant to Section 4.1.2(c) shall not be required to pay any license fees or royalties to Isis in connection with the manufacture of Products for AstraZeneca that are licensed to AstraZeneca under Section 4.1.1.
