Fees Related to Insurance and Legal Matters. 1. If Owner requests or instructs Broker to coordinate or communicate with any insurance carrier regarding any casualty to or on the Property Owner will Pay Broker $55.00 per hr for Broker's time expended in such matters and in preparation of such matters. Fees under this Paragraph 11 F are earned at the time the services are rendered and payable upon Owner's receipt of Xxxxxx's invoice.
Fees Related to Insurance and Legal Matters. If Owner requests or instructs Broker to coordinate or communicate with any insurance carrier regarding any casualty to or on the Property or if Owner requests or instructs Broker to appear in any legal proceeding or deposition related to the Property (including, but not limited to, evictions, tenant disputes, security deposit disputes, and suits for damages), Owner will pay Broker $125 per appearance for Broker’s time expended in such matter and in preparation of such matters. Fees under this Paragraph 11G are earned at the time the services are rendered and payable upon Owner’s receipt of Broker’s invoices.

Payment is due at time of Manager’s invoice. If Owner requests or instructs Manager to appear in any legal proceeding or deposition related to the Property (including, but not limited to, evictions, tenant disputes, security deposit disputes, and suits for damages), Owner will compensate Manager for Manager’s time expended in such matters and in preparation of such matters per PMI Brewder Realty Time and Expense policy, see addendum. Payment is due at time of Manager’s invoice.

If Owner requests or instructs Manager to coordinate or communicate with any insurance carrier regarding any casualty to or on the Property or if Owner requests or instructs Manager to appear in any legal proceeding or deposition related to the Property (including, but not limited to, eviction appeals, tenant disputes, security deposit disputes, and suits for damages) but expressly excluding evictions in Justice Court, Owner will pay Manager $100.00 per hour for Manager’s time expended in the such matters and in preparation of such matters. Fees under this Paragraph 11(G) are earned at the time the services are rendered and payable upon Owner’s receipt of Manager’s invoice. Receipt by Owner is agreed to be the day of delivery to the email address given for Owner above.
