Fees Resulting From Termination. Except in the event of a termination (i) by the Trust due to an uncured material breach by NLCS or (ii) pursuant to Section X(b) or X(d), the Trust shall pay NLCS all compensation and fees owing through the Initial Term, or any Renewal Term, as applicable, on the date of termination or the date that the provision of services cease, whichever is later.
