Common use of Fees to Managing General Partner Clause in Contracts

Fees to Managing General Partner. In consideration for performing services described herein, the Managing General Partner may be paid a fee to be agreed upon by a Majority in Interest. Such fees shall be deemed earned when the services have been performed and, regardless of when paid, shall be non-executory from the date earned and shall be the obligation of the Partnership from and after that date.
