Fences and Barriers Clause Samples
The Fences and Barriers clause sets out the requirements and responsibilities for the installation, maintenance, and removal of physical boundaries on a property or project site. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for erecting fences or barriers, the standards they must meet, and the timing for their construction and removal, such as ensuring safety around hazardous areas or delineating property lines during construction. This clause ensures that safety, security, and property demarcation are maintained throughout the duration of a project, thereby reducing risks of accidents, unauthorized access, or disputes over boundaries.
