Common use of FERC Accounts Clause in Contracts

FERC Accounts. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) “Uniform System of Accounts Prescribed for Public Utilities and Licensees,” subject to the provisions of the Federal Power Act in effect as of the date of this Agreement, and as such system of accounts may be in effect from time to time. Reference in this Agreement to any specific FERC Account number shall mean the FERC Account number in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement or any successor FERC Account.
