Common use of FERPA WAIVER Clause in Contracts

FERPA WAIVER. Students making submissions to the Merrimack ScholarWorks agree to share their work and waive any privacy rights granted by FERPA or any other law, policy or regulation, with respect to this work, for the purpose of publication. This agreement embodies the entire agreement of the parties. No modification of this agreement shall be of any effect unless it is made in writing and signed by all of the parties to the agreement.
