Common use of Fewer Than All Outstanding Notes to Be Redeemed Clause in Contracts

Fewer Than All Outstanding Notes to Be Redeemed. If fewer than all of the outstanding Notes are to be redeemed, the Trustee shall select the Notes to be redeemed in Principal Amounts of $1,000 or integral multiples thereof. In the case that the Trustee shall select the Notes to be redeemed, the Trustee may effectuate such selection by lot, pro rata, or by any other method that the Trustee considers fair and appropriate. The Trustee will make such selection promptly following receipt of the notice of redemption from the Company provided pursuant to Section 2.02(4).
