FFB Cooperation. FFB shall cooperate with the Secretary to enable the Secretary to exercise and enforce the Secretary’s rights and remedies under this Agreement, the Program Financing Agreement, the Note, and the Security Instruments, including, when reasonably requested by the Secretary, executing and delivering to the Secretary instruments, agreements, and other documents prepared by or for the Department for FFB’s execution.
