Common use of FFB Credit Facility Documents Clause in Contracts

FFB Credit Facility Documents. Each of the following FFB Credit Facility Documents: (i) the FFB Note Purchase Agreement; (ii) the FFB Promissory Notes; (iii) the DOE Reimbursement Notes; and (iv) all other documents, certificates and instruments required to be delivered on or before the Guarantee Issuance Date in connection with the foregoing.
