Common use of Fiber-Meet Clause in Contracts

Fiber-Meet. 3.3.1 If the Parties Interconnect their networks pursuant to a Fiber-Meet, the Parties shall jointly engineer and operate a single Synchronous Optical Network (“SONET”) transmission system. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, this SONET transmission system shall be configured, engineered, installed, and maintained as described in this Article III and agreed to by the Implementation Team.
