Common use of Fiber-Meet Clause in Contracts

Fiber-Meet. 4.3.1 If the Parties Interconnect their networks pursuant to a Fiber-Meet, the Parties shall jointly engineer and operate a single Synchronous Optical Network (“SONET”) transmission system. The Parties will agree upon the specific Optical Line Terminating Multiplexor (“OLTM”) equipment to be utilized at each end of the SONET transmission system.
