Fiberoptic Facilities. The City will install at its sole cost and expense a 12-count underground fiber optic cable from an existing fiber pit located near ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road. The fiber optic cable will follow ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road east to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Court and along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Court into the NS Parcel, terminating at a location inside the manufacturing building on the NS Parcel as designated by NS (the “Fiberoptic Facilities”).
