Fictitious Name. Borrower is conducting its business under the following trade or fictitious name(s) and no others: none. Borrower has complied with the fictitious name laws of all jurisdictions in which compliance is required in connection with its use of such name(s).
Fictitious Name. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall make any filings or disclosures required by the laws of the state of Utah respecting its use of a fictitious name, if any.

If Consultant has a fictitious name, Consultant shall submit to City a new Fictitious Business Name Statement approved by any California county before Consultant’s prior Fictitious Business Name Statement expires if such expiration may occur during the term of this Agreement, including any term amendment.
Fictitious Name. 13.8.1 You agree not to use “JH”, “JHI”, “JTAX” “Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx”, “Premier”, or such other names as we may specify as any part of the legal name of the Franchisee. Once established, you may not change your Franchisee name without our advance written consent.
13.8.2 You agree to adopt “Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Tax Service”, “Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Premier Tax Service”, or such other name as we may specify, as your trade or fictitious name. Unless not required by your local law, you agree to file and maintain a Fictitious or Assumed Name Certificate or comparable instrument and furnish to us evidence of such filing as specified in our Manual.

Each of the Partners shall sign and acknowledge the Fictitious Name Certificate required by Section 865.09 of the Florida Statutes, and shall sign any other documents and do any and all other things that may be required to accomplish the continuation of the Partnership as a general partnership.

Borrower has complied with the fictitious name laws of all jurisdictions in which compliance is required in connection with its use of such name(s).
Fictitious Name. None of the Obligors are doing business or intends to do business other than under its full corporate name, including, without limitation, under any trade name or other doing business name, except as set forth on Schedule 3.08 hereto.
