Other Names. As a reference, a Terms of Use Agreement is known by other names:
Other Names. Borrower has not, during the preceding five (5) years, been known by or used any other corporate or fictitious name except as set forth on the Schedule, nor has Borrower been the surviving corporation of a merger or consolidation or acquired all or substantially all of the assets of any Person during such time;
Other Names. As of the Closing Date the Borrower is not using, and shall not thereafter use, any name (including, without limitation, any trade name, trade style, assumed name, division name or any similar name), other than the names set forth on Schedule 7.8 attached hereto.

Other Names. No Covered Person has used any name other than the full name which identifies such Covered Person in this Agreement. The only trade name or style under which a Covered Person sells Inventory or creates Accounts, or to which instruments in payment of Accounts are made payable, is the name which identifies such Covered Person in this Agreement.
Other Names. The businesses previously or presently conducted by the Company have not been conducted under any corporate, trade or fictitious name other than "Displaytech, Inc."
Other Names. Borrower has not, during the preceding five (5) years, been known by or used any names other than those disclosed on part 8 of Exhibit 6A.
Other Names. The legal name of the Seller is as set forth in this Agreement and within the preceding five years the Seller has not used, and the Seller currently does not use, any tradenames, fictitious names, assumed names or "doing business as" names other than those set forth on Schedule II hereto.
Other Names. No Borrower has used, and no Borrower shall hereafter use, any name (including, without limitation, any tradename, tradestyle, assumed name, division name or any similar name) other than the name set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
Other Names. Except as provided on Schedule 5.12 hereto, the business conducted by the Borrower (and not of its Subsidiaries) has not been conducted under any other corporate, trade or fictitious name during the last five years, and following the date hereof the Borrower will not conduct its business under any other corporate, trade or fictitious name unless the Borrower shall have delivered at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of such name change.
