Fidelity & Non-Solicitation. For the duration of this Agreement and for 24 months after ceasing to be a shareholder, the Angel Investor shall not solicit any customer, client, supplier, vendor or agent whether existing or previous, of Vettons City or solicit any employee, director or contractor of Vettons City to terminate such person’s role, employment or contract with Vettons City.
