FIELD OF APPLICATION – COMMUNICATION – ACCEPTANCE. The GCS apply to all customers and concern all the services and products of the seller. The fact of placing an order with the seller implies the customer’s unreserved adherence to the GCS. The absence of a reference to the GCS on a document of the seller equates at no time to the waiving of any of the conditions set out therein.
