Common use of Field of Application Clause in Contracts

Field of Application. 1. The following sales conditions apply to all contracts concerning the supply of goods concluded between the purchaser and ourselves. They also apply to any future business relations, even if not expressly agreed. Different conditions laid down by the purchaser that are not expressly recognised by us are not binding upon ourselves, even if we do not expressly contradict them.
