Field of Use concerning the Licensed Rights in the Territory. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Canada hereby verifies that, with the exception of biological reagents used for non-compendial release testing, it has provided access to and use of Materials (as defined in the MTA) to third parties only for use outside the scope of the license under the Licensed Rights in the Field of Use.
