Common use of Field Trials Clause in Contracts

Field Trials. Seller will deliver Modems for Buyer to conduct field trials on or prior to September 30, 1999. If the Modems have mechanical or electrical failures in excess of *** during Buyer field trial then Seller shall immediately stop delivery of Modems to the Novatel Distribution Facility. Seller shall make the necessary changes to rectify the identified failures and all previously delivered Modems shall be retrofitted to meet the specification configuration.
