Common use of Fifth Amendment Existing Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Fifth Amendment Existing Letters of Credit. The Borrower agrees that if DB receives any proceeds in respect of any Letter of Credit providing credit support for a Fifth Amendment Existing Letter of Credit, the Borrower will cause a reduction to occur in the amount of then outstanding Fifth Amendment Existing Letters of Credit in an amount equal to such proceeds.
