Filing and publication. 2.1.1.1. The minutes of the AGE set forth in Section 1.1 above shall be filed with the Commercial Registry of the State of São Paulo (“JUCESP”) and published in the Official Gazette of the State of São Paulo and in the Newspaper “Diário de Notícias”, pursuant to the provisions of articles 62, item I, and 289 of the Corporation Law.
