Filing and Publication of Minutes of the Special Shareholders Meeting. 2.2.1. The minutes of the Special Shareholders Meeting shall be filed with the Commercial Registry of the State of Rio de Janeiro (“JUCERJA”) and published in the “Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro” and in the newspaper generally used by the Issuer for its legal publications, as provided for by item I, of Article 62 of the Corporation Law.
