Common use of Filing and Recordation of the Indenture; Registration of International Interests Clause in Contracts

Filing and Recordation of the Indenture; Registration of International Interests. Company, at its expense, will cause the Indenture (with the Indenture Supplement covering the Aircraft attached) to be promptly filed and recorded, or filed for recording, with the FAA to the extent permitted under the Transportation Code and the rules and regulations of the FAA thereunder. In addition, on or prior to the Closing Date, Company will cause the registration of the International Interests (or Prospective International Interests) created under the Indenture (as supplemented by the Indenture Supplement with respect to the Aircraft) to be effected (or shall be in the process of being so effected) on the International Registry in accordance with the Cape Town Treaty, and shall, as and to the extent applicable, consent to such registration upon the issuance of a request for such consent by the International Registry.
