Filing Exceptions and Finality. Either party may file exceptions to the arbitration award with the FLRA under regulations prescribed by the Authority. Pursuant to the Statute, an arbitration award is final when no timely exceptions have been filed with the FLRA or when timely filed exceptions have been decided by the FLRA.
