Common use of Filing Fees, Excise Taxes, Etc Clause in Contracts

Filing Fees, Excise Taxes, Etc. The Grantor agrees to pay or to reimburse the Collateral Trustees for any and all amounts in respect of all reasonable search, filing, recording and registration fees, taxes, excise taxes and other similar imposts which may be payable or determined to be payable in respect of the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement and each Shared Collateral Document. The obligations of the Grantor under this Section 6.05 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

The obligations of the Grantor Collateral Grantors under this Section 6.05 8.4 shall survive the termination of the other provisions of this Agreement.
