Common use of Filing Fees, Excise Taxes, Etc Clause in Contracts

Filing Fees, Excise Taxes, Etc. The Grantor agrees to pay or to reimburse the Collateral Trustee for any and all amounts in respect of all search, filing, recording and registration fees, taxes, intangible taxes, excise taxes and other similar imposts which may be payable or determined to be payable in respect of the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement and the Cash Collateral Agreement. The obligations of the Grantor under this Section 5.04 shall survive the termination of the other provisions of this Agreement.
